Job Summary:

The Nurse Educator will provide comprehensive educational support across several sites, collaborating closely with practice leaders and new employees to design, deliver, and facilitate training programs, presentations, and ongoing professional development initiatives. This role requires travel between clinic locations to ensure consistent support and promote clinical excellence.

This position offers a regular day shift schedule with no weekend or holiday work required, supporting a healthy work-life balance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• At least three (3) years? experience as registered nurse
• Must obtain Master?s degree in nursing or related field within five (5) years of hire
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Previous teaching experience preferred
• AHA Instructor Certification preferred
• Clinical Certification preferred
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development
