- 3 days per week and every 4th weekend -- 12-hour shifts Mon-Fri, 7-hour shifts weekends
- 20 - 40 patients per day
- Immediate care setting
- Non-life-threatening cases -- minor procedures and routine care
- Multiple clinic coverage rotation
- Maximum 3 consecutive workdays
- Treating colds, flu, minor lacerations, and routine infections
