Job Summary
You will manage our Emergency Department, overseeing nursing functions from registration to patient care. You will manage clinical emergency care in hospitals and clinics. Develop policies for high-quality services that meet the organization's goals. As a Director, you will implement strategic plans and priorities within your area. You will make key operational selections to reach goals.
Essential Functions of the Role
You will be overseeing the emergency nursing services for the assigned area, ensuring proper execution and delivery.
You must create and implement strategic and operational plans for emergency nursing services that support the organization's goals.
The role involves directing the assessment and prioritization of patients in the emergency department, and facilitating proper patient care.
Responsibilities include directing emergency care and services, optimizing resource utilization and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for clinical outcomes.
Key Success Factors
Prior experience in a guiding role is advantageous.
Exceptional skills in problem-solving coupled with critical thinking abilities.
Outstanding communication skills, inclusive of verbal, written, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
