We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced and supportive Emergency Medicine team at Ball Memorial Hospital and Jay Hospital! 

Position Details:

• Full-Time, Rotating Schedule
• 11164 annual hours, 416 quarterly clinical hours to be balanced over the three month span based on requests and department needs.
• Shifts are rotating and unique to each location
  • Ball Memorial Hospital: 6:00-16:00, 9:00-19:00, 10:00-20:30, 15:30-01:30, 20:00-6:30
  • Jay Hospital: 10:00-20:00
• Holidays are rotated
• No call
• Team includes 17 physicians and 23 advanced practice providers
• Patient Population
  • Ball Memorial Hospital: Blue collar community with an active college campus; second highest acuity within the IUH system. 
  • Jay Hospital: Rural community with a large agricultural focus
• Procedures include: Laceration repair, I&D, G tube placement, joint reductions, etc

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification required
• If new graduate, clinical rotation/RN experience in the ED required
