Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Intake Coordinator to join our Orlando Transfer Center Team. In this critical role, you will please a pivotal part in ensuring that our young patients receive seamless care coordination and support throughout their healthcare journey. A patient intake coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Transport and Transfer Center, will assess, determine, and coordinate placement of all admissions (elective and emergent) and transfers through KidAdmit in accordance with clinical standards and guidelines.
