Our Pulmonary Critical Care team has a supplemental opportunity for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team in Indianapolis, IN.
Opportunity Details
PRN for coverage as needed, based upon availability
Night shift (12-hour shifts)
No Call
100% inpatient
Coverage at IU Health North, West, and Methodist Hospitals
Team includes 30 physicians and 30 APPs
Patient population includes critically ill medical and surgical patients
Key responsibilities
Cross cover for ICU, New admissions & respond to Code Blue and RRT calls.
Procedures include intubations, central and arterial line insertion, and chest tube insertions.
Qualifications
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required
Previous ICU experienced required
CCRN certification required
3-5 years of clinical experienced required
