Job Summary
As the Nurse Manager for PAN/ECC Nurse Triage, you foster a positive team environment, uphold high nursing standards, promote teamwork, and ensure patient safety. You are responsible for planning, policy implementation, resource and financial management, and quality improvement. You also coordinate educational programs as needed. This role provides nurse triage support and patient advisory services across all 29 Baylor Scott & White hospitals, clinics, and BSW health plan members.

Formulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility.
Involve supervisors and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.
Continually update your knowledge base with the latest evidence-backed clinical and leadership practices.
Foster a healing and supportive environment for patients, families, and fellow staff members.
Recognize development needs and facilitate educational opportunities for staff members.
Set a positive example of professionalism within the nursing field and work atmosphere.
Incorporate the organization's mission and goals into strategies for staff and patient care.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of three years' professional experience is required for this role.
RN licensed.
You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
